Semi liquid diet represents six-day alternation of one-day monodiets.During the diet it is allowed to drink a lot of mineral water and tea without sugar. Of course, it is also recommended to avoid salt and such sweet fruits as bananas and grapes.The first day: 1,5 liter of milk.The second day: two jars of curdled milk or liter of kefir.The third day: six boiled eggs.The fourth day: 400 grams of boiled beef.The fifth day: 600 grams of vegetables.The sixth day: 1,5 kilogram of fruits. The diet is quite strict, but it has good results. Within these six days loss of weight will make about 3 kilograms.
