Fruit Dinner Diet
After two weeks of diet loss of 5-6 kilograms is guaranteed
Breakfast:
1st variant: 0,5 cups of porridge with low-fat milk and fructose
2nd variant: 2 pieces of bread, 100 grams of cottage cheese, 1 tea spoon of jam without sugar.
Dinner: vegetables (except for potato, tomato and boiled carrots) + 200 grams of meat/turkey/200 grams of fishes/200 grams of fish canned food/100 grams of cheese/2 eggs.
After a dinner it is allowed:
- Fruits except for bananas, grapes and persimmons;
- 150 grams of yoghurt or a glass of kefir;
- 2 nuts;
- A cup of cocoa with skim milk and fructose (1:1)
And it is also allowed to drink water, herbal and green tea in unlimited quantity.
