Growing thin with cabbage diet (Part 1)


Bruxelles, color, broccoli… There are so many grades of cabbage and it is so useful for our organism!
Cabbage is the leader of products, which help to grow thin. It is interesting, but 100 grams of product contain 20 kcal.  Adhering to cabbage diet, for a week it is possible to grow thin for 5-7 kilograms.
But before we shall pass to the dietary menu, all over again we shall familiarize with useful properties of a product and contra-indications.
USEFUL PROPERTIES
Cabbage is rich in vitamin C. It prevents heart diseases. The cabbage is recommended to people with stomach ulcer and gastritis. Cabbage is recommended to those, who wish to lower the level of sugar in blood, to adjust work of kidneys and a liver. The cabbage is useful at cold, at pains in joints and a backbone, at a gout and mastopathy. Also the use of cabbage removes headaches and feeling of apathy.
MINUSES AND CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Cabbage is not recommended to those people, who are suffering from gastroenteric path diseases! Cabbage diet is not recommended to people, suffering form diabetes, patients with kidneys’ function infringements and at high adiposity degree.
CLASSICAL CABBAGE DIET
BREAKFAST - coffee without sugar.
DINNER - salad from any quantity of cabbage with one table spoon of not refined vegetable oil; one boiled egg.
SUPPER - 200 grams of boiled fast meat or a fish or a glass of kefir.
