Growing thin with cabbage diet (Part 2)


DIET ON THE BASIS OF the SAUERKRAUT
And now we offer you one more variant of a cabbage diet. This diet is much softer; it is calculated on 4 days and includes high-grade three meals a day. It is much more useful than a classical cabbage diet.
1st day
Breakfast: 175 grams of the skim cottage cheese with salad, a slice of bread from rough grinding flour.
Dinner: 200 grams of sauerkraut, 100 grams of fried pork, a pear.
Supper: Salad from 150 grams of sauerkraut, 4 radishes, 1/2 white radishes and 1/2 cucumbers. Sauce - 75 grams of yoghurt with 1 teaspoon of ground nuts.
2nd day
Breakfast: banana in 150 grams of skim yoghurt.
Dinner: soup from 200 grams of sauerkraut and 50 ml of apple juice.
Supper: salad from 200 grams of sauerkraut with 150 grams of salmon fillet.
3rd day
Breakfast: salad from orange with 150 grams of cottage cheese.
Dinner: 150 grams of fried fish with 150 grams of sauerkraut.
Supper: potato cakes with salad - 4 berries of grapes and 100 grams of sauerkraut.
4th day
Breakfast: a roll from rough grinding flour with bran, cheese and an apple.
Dinner: 200 grams of beef fillet (fried) with 150 grams of sauerkraut and pineapple.
Supper: salad from 3 tomatoes, 100 grams of sauerkraut and 125 grams of pork cutting.
