DIET ON THE BASIS OF CABBAGE SOUP


Cabbage soup includes the following components: 500 grams of cabbage, 5 carrots, 5 bulbs, 2 Bulgarian peppers, 2 tomatoes, 4 stalks of celery, 100 gram of crude rice and salt. It is possible to eat soup in unlimited quantities.
Monday
Cabbage soup, fruits (except for grapes and bananas).
Tuesday
Cabbage soup.
Wednesday
Cabbage soup, vegetables (except for a potato).
Thursday
Cabbage soup, skim milk.
Friday
Cabbage soup, 500 grams of low-fat meat or a fish, tomatoes.
Saturday
Cabbage soup, vegetables, fast meat (200 grams).
Sunday
Cabbage soup, vegetables, fruit juice (without sugar).
