Freshening diet
It is recommended to use refreshening diet in the summer-autumn, during a season of vegetables, twice a week within a month.
Breakfast: a glass of curdled milk (kefir, natural drinking yoghurt) or glass hardly warm water with a tea spoon of honey.
The second breakfast: a glass of fruit juice, some fruits or vegetables.
Dinner: salad from crude vegetables (green salad, a green onions and garlic, radishes, cucumbers, parsley, fennel, spinach, cabbage and so forth) and a glass of fruit juice.
Supper: so-called muesli. For these special muesli you should take a table spoon of oat flakes and add three table spoons of cool water, leave for 3 hours, after that add table spoon of beer honey, juice of half or the whole lemon, stir carefully, add of finely cut 200 grams of apples or other fruits.
