8 reasons of failures in fitness


1.       Insufficient intensity of trainings It is very important: if you are leaving training tired or with the feeling of under fulfilling; whether you are assured that trained with optimum burdening and have made it is so much. The organism of the person is arranged in such a manner that it quickly enough adapts to any loadings. For this reason it so important “to surprise” it constantly. You should constantly change the order of carried out movements. In it is a key to the success; it is a key to the progress.
2.       Lack of variability Often we make the same complex of exercises within long months and even the years. And it was all right, if there was a result. So in fact there is no it! But all of us with equal persistence of the maniac are continuing to do the same press laying. To refuse? It is impossible! Try to work on a training complex of the neighbor on the sport club - it helps him and it will help you.
3.       A wrong feed You are obliged to support your organism with all vitamins and to follow a well-balanced diet!
4.       Shortage of sleeping The person grows, when he is sleeping. The average adult person requires six-eight hours of a night dream, but serious employment by fitness is a special case. As a result of trainings with burdening not only muscles, but also nervous and lymphatic systems are loaded. The additional rest is necessary. In an ideal you need not less than eight hours of a dream at night plus an hour of a day time dream.
5.       Overloading The more is not always better. This rule is also applicable to fitness. Lead the experiment: allow itself to have a rest couple of days-three from trainings, and then again come to a sport club. We are assured that you will look and feel better.
6.       Nicotine and alcohol Alcohols and nicotine stir is high-grade to be restored after trainings. Nicotine creates a problem to work of respiratory ways, making an organism less hardy, that reduces productivity of training. The alcohol accepted in lots, in general gradually destroys a liver - the body playing the important role in the synthesis of a muscular fabric.
7.       Disbelief in the forces If you do not trust that can achieve result then hardly something will help you. Without the belief in own forces no training will help you.
8.       Talking We insistently advise you to remember that you are going to the sport club for trainig, but not for talking! Don’t waste your time on talks!
