Lack of dream leads to adiposity


Recently the scientists have proved that, those who sleeps a little, have problems with natural balance of hormones, responsible for famine and saturation feeling. Prompt rate of a modern life compels us to sleep less and results of such unhealthy way of life are really tragic.
So, is there any way out? Of course, it is not so bad. Scientists answer that the only way out is to sleep enough. If you wish to learn, how many hours you need to sleep in order to feel good, you should take a of week holiday and arrange a check out. Sleep as much as you want and on the third day go to bad at the usual time, exclude all sources of noise and fix the moment, when the brain will wake up by itself, without extraneous intervention. It will be also a minimum time, necessary for you to feel well. Scientists remind: healthy feed, physical activity and good dream - is not luxury, but a necessary term, if you wish to stay healthy and beautiful.
