Overeating: how to struggle with it
As a rule, the circle of the reasons generating overeating is outlined by several problems: the underestimated self-estimation, stress (excitement, fear) and long depressions.
Complexes in occasion of appearance generate problems in dialogue, problems in dialogue generate social isolation, and narrowing of social contacts and actions in turn again conducts to loneliness and an inferiority complex. Thus the tasty food rescues from loneliness and sad ideas.
So, the vicious circle turns out. The person cannot refuse meal because meanwhile as if he «stop eating» and will receive in exchange good appearance and satisfaction, the huge precipice (some months or more) lays. And it frightens very much, in fact all this time there will be neither tasty pleasure, nor visible results of external appeal.
Other party of a medal is not complex of completeness, but a constant stress, irritation, excitement, melancholy, which are replaced with flavoring satisfaction. And attacks of famine arise during those moments, when the person faces vital disorders, reflects on the life, starts to be angry or depressed.
The only effective way to get rid of food dependence is to find equivalent replacement to it. So, for example, it is possible to find interesting business, which will require many forces and investments.
