Eating at night? What a nightmare!


Any woman knows common truth about that it is strictly forbidden to eat after six o’clock in the evening. Is it true?
American expert in the field of a feed, professor Ashima K. Kant considers that time for food reception has no value as the main role belongs to quantity of calories. He has come to such conclusion after he has surveyed one and a half thousand men and women at the age of 18 - 50 years. 41 % from them on a regular basis eat in the evening; however, their weight is not more than of those, who do not eat after six o’clock in the evening. Why? The matter is that within the day, including evening, they consume the same quantity of calories, as well as those who does not eat at night. In other words, a fatal role time of food reception and quantity of the calories, absorbed for a day is not important.
Actually, so-called “owls” have more weight not because they eat late, but because of the way of life they eat more high-calorie food. Anything similar would not occur to them, if they, sitting in front of the TV, would eat not chocolate or a sandwich, but a low-calorie yoghurt or apples.
By the way, dishes from vegetables with white wine, despite of time of day are not forbidden.
