Water-melon diet
The water-melon is useful at liver and gout diseases, the raised pressure, adiposity. It is necessary to eat 400-500 grams of water-melon 5 times a day.
Within the day it is necessary to eat a water-melon at the rate of 1 kg of pulp on 10 kg of weight. It is necessary to break this quantity into six-eight receptions.
If you do not feel any negative sensations during the second day (weight and swellings of stomach), it is possible to continue a diet for five days more.
Breakfast: not sweet porridge, 50 grams of firm cheese.
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled fish, meat or a bird, salad from vegetables without sunflower oil.
Supper: water-melon - 1 kg of pulp - on 30 kg of weight.
Presumably, for fifteen days of such way of a feed it is possible to loose about 8 kilograms.
