Useful supper (Part 1)


Supper, perhaps, is the most disputable food reception. Adherents of fashionable diets after six prefer not to eat at all. Popular wisdom agrees with them: « give supper to the enemy». Dieticians are less categorical: «the supper should be light». And here the Australian scientists assure that late attack on a refrigerator - is an excellent means on struggle against sleeplessness.

In Saxon countries the supper is a real nightmare for the dietician: salads, meat, potato and dessert. However, usually it is necessary to eat at six-seven o’clock in the evening. Severe Scandinavians also have supper densely, however, their meal is lighter even by virtue of that on table there is a traditional fish, and time of a supper is shifted more close by five o’clock. Latin Americans have supper very much late even to our measures - sometimes about ten o’clock in the evening, thus in their menu vegetables and meat-grill prevail. Japanese suppers are the most useful - small portions and low-calorie dishes simultaneously satisfy famine and give organism a night respite.

To eat or not to eat?
While girls at forums complain of refrigerator (the more close midnight, the more attractive its content becomes) and share fantastic stories that the waist can decrease twice only because of refusal of evening reception of food, doctors prove: the supper is a piece useful and to refuse it even is harmful.
