Supper-enemy
If during last food reception you eat a half of consumed for a day meal, if fried meat adjoins a plate to a potato and mayonnaise salad, and a dessert in the form of a cake - it is better to give this supper to the enemy in full conformity with popular wisdom.
The worst products for a supper are: fried meat, potato, bread, beans, batch, sweets and the every possible sweet aerated drink. The last, however, will not bring advantage even at breakfast.
Supper-friend
It is recommended to sit down at table four hours before you go to bad and to eat no more than 20 % of day time calories (daily need of the adult person depending on age, sex, way of life and other factors deviates from 2500 up to 4500 thousand calories). You should have on your plate low-fat and low-calorie food.
It is also necessary to consider, that fats and animal protein are worse acquired, therefore it is better to give preference to vegetative fibers and “correct” carbohydrates with low hypoglycemic index.
Thus, for a useful supper you may choose sour-milk products, green vegetables, boiled or baked fish (meat) or, instead of all it, fruits’ abundance.
