Say “no” to cellulites!!!

Your allies:
•    vegetables, fruits, berries;
•    sea kale;
•    fish, especially fat grades (a humpback salmon, the sturgeon, a mackerel);
•    chicken breast;
•    skim dairy products;
•    eggs;
•    grain bread, bran, brown rice, corn flakes;
•    macaroni of firm grades;
•    bean;
•    fennel, onions, garlic;
•    zinziber, cinnamon, carnation, paprika;
•    mineral water without gas, freshes;
•    olive oil;
•    apple vinegar.

Your enemies:
•    salty, fried and smoked food;
•    fat meat;
•    semi finished items;
•    white loaf, sweets;
•    chips;
•    mayonnaise;
•    substitutes of dry milk and creams;
•    alcohol;
•    coffee, strong tea;
•    lemonade.
