The first place in the list is given to vitamin E and walnuts. They humidify and feed the skin, making it elastic and keeping its youth. Champignons are fine preventive maintenance against wrinkles. Powerful antioxidants, containing in them (pantothenic acid and selenium), operate better than any anti-age cosmetics.

Firm cheese - is a real concentrate of calcium, which keeps bones, teeth and nails strong. Oysters - is a fine choice for those, who dreams of brilliant hair and beautiful nails. The sauerkraut essentially improves a complexion and helps to solve dermatologic problems. The dairy acid, which contains in cabbage, clears organism of slags.

Kiwi and vitamin C, containing in it, stimulate development of collagen and keep skin elasticity. The avocado sates a dry skin with moisture and returns shine to hair.
