Angel’s diet
Diet lasts for 13 days. By the end of 13 days you will loose 7-8 kilograms. This diet will change your metabolism. You will not get any excess weight during following three years.
Monday
Breakfast: black coffee without sugar.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 1 tomato and green salad.
Supper: big stake, fried in vegetable oil.
Tuesday
Breakfast: black coffee without sugar with biscuit.
Dinner: stake, fried with green salad and tomato.
Supper: a portion of soup.
Wednesday
Breakfast: black coffee without sugar.
Dinner: big stake with green salad.
Supper: 2 boiled eggs with two pieces of low-fat ham.
Thursday
Breakfast: black coffee without sugar with biscuit.
Dinner: 1 egg, 1 carrot, cheese.
Supper: fruit salad, a glass of kefir.
Friday
Breakfast: carrot salad with lemon.
Dinner: a portion of fried fish and tomato.
Supper: stake with green salad.
Saturday
Breakfast: black coffee without sugar with biscuit.
Dinner: a portion of a chicken, fried without fat, and green salad.
Supper: stake and green salad.
Sunday
Breakfast: tea without sugar.
Dinner: fried pork and green salad.
Supper: any fruits!!!
Drinks: only water. Carrot can be replaced with tomato and on the contrary
