Fitness on the beach


1. Walking. Walk always and everywhere! Walking helps to keep legs harmonious, and buttocks - tightened. The result: walking allows to burn about 200 kcal. And if you are carrying weighty beach bag on the shoulders, walking on intensity becomes comparable to jogging (it burns down up to 300 kcal!).
2. Jogging on the sand. Many Hollywood stars recognize, that they are obliged by the tightened sports figure to jogs on sea coast. The secret is that at running on the sand higher resistance from a surface is felt. Thus more energy, than at run, for example, on an equal asphalt path, is spent. Result: in total for 20 minutes you will loose up to 300 kcal!
3. Train in water! Researches have proved that owing to aerobic trainings in water fat is burnt more effectively, than during similar trainings on the land. The secret is hidden in water resistance, which exceeds resistance of air in 10 times. Result: quiet swimming within 20 minutes will help to spare about 200 kcal (depending on speed and a kind of swimming).
4. Play! What about your favorite game volleyball? The volleyball deservedly is considered the most cheerful and active beach kind of the sports.
Result: Playing volleyball for an hour, you will loose from 400 up to 600 kcal.
