Apple diet
Plans: To grow thin for one-two kilograms within one day or to loose 5 kilograms for a week.
Advantages: the diet is good for preventive maintenance of atherosclerosis and useful to hypertensive people.
Disadvantages: It is necessary to know, what grade of apples to choose. At a stomach ulcer sour apples are not recommended, it is better to chooser sweet or even baked apples. In case of gastritis with the lowered acidity apples of sour grades are pertinent.
There are some variants of apple diets.
1. Within day it is necessary to eat only apples - as much as you want. It is highly recommended to drink mineral water, green tea or herbal teas. Apples, by the way, it is possible to bake - the same result.
2. It is possible to combine apples with kefir. It is recommended to eat one apple with 125 milliliters of kefir 5-6 times a day. By the way, such diet helps pregnant women during toxicosis.
3. Week apple diet. Every day accordingly: 1 kilogram of apples, 1,5 kilogram of apples, 2 kilograms of apples, 2 kilograms of apples, 1,5 kilogram of apples, 1 kilogram of apples.
