Tomato diet


Tasty red tomato enters into top-list of the best products of autumn. It is cheap, tasty and low-calorie. It can also help to loose the kilograms, got during holidays. So, we offer tomato diet:

“Tomato diet”
Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice with two pieces of rye bread with a thin layer of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 fruit (it is possible to eat an apple or a pear, bananas and grapes are forbidden).
Dinner: a glass of tomato juice, 100 grams of boiled rice, vegetables (a small bowl of salad), 1 green apple, 100 grams of boiled fish. All this is should be cooked without oil, salt, spices.
Supper: a glass of tomato juice, a beef cutlet from the beef forcemeat (100-150 grams), vegetables (two vegetables, except for potato), 50 grams of boiled rice.
This diet is calculated on 10-14 days. It allows to get rid of 4-5 kilograms.

Advantages and disadvantages

Advantages
Tomato juice stimulates formation of gastric juice, which improves activity of heart. It contains vitamin C, carotin, vitamins of group B. Tomato is useful at cardiovascular system diseases. Tomatoes are useful at hypertonic diseases.
One 100 grams tomato contains only 23 kcal, 100 ml of juice - from 18 up to 24 kcal, which makes it very convenient dietic product. Juicy and tasty tomatoes are easily eaten without salt, oil, spices and easily sate, owing to their consistence.

Disadvantages
Tomatoes are counter-indicative at gastritis aggravation, stomach ulcer, pancreatitis and cholecystitis.
It is not recommended to eat them at a poisoning! Otherwise tomatoes will provoke stronger reaction.
Growing thin by means of tomato diet goes in many respects due to restriction of salt and loss of liquid in organism.
