Diet of Israeli dieticians


In Israeli dieticians’ opinion, abusing meal - is a full discrepancy between reason and action, consumption and needs of organism. Optimum loss of weight makes 2-3 kilograms a month.
Even some days of a reasonable diet will give positive result.
It is recommended to start morning with tea spoon of olive oil.
In 15 minutes: a glass of yoghurt or fresh kefir.
First breakfast: salad from vegetables, buckwheat cereal, peas, corn, cottage cheese, boiled egg, unsweet tea.
Second breakfast: (12:00 p.m.-12:30 p.m.) 200-300 grams of unsweet fruits.
Dinner (14:30 p.m.-15:00 p.m.): vegetable salad, vegetable soup, boiled meat (boiled or baked fish); black bread - one piece, baked apple.
Mid-morning snack (18:00 p.m.-18:30 p.m.): 300 grams of unsweet fruits.
Supper: a glass of kefir or yoghurt, fruit mix. The fruit mix is especially useful to people with problems in work of intestines.
