Five years ago doctors have shocked the first negro “Oscar” winner Halle Berry with a diabetes. However the actress has not lost her temper and has cardinally reconsidered her habits in meal and thus has received an excellent result. For all these years Halle does not eat anything sweet and fried. But she actively drinks freshes. The actress admits that now she feels more tightened and looks much better.
She avoids meat, fats, and heavy sauces.
Shooting in one of series about James Bond together with the Pierce Brosnan, Halle has found out, that their gastronomic predilections coincide almost one to one. So, her diet can be easily named as “the agent 007″.

Demi Moore: more crude vegetables and fruits!
The Hollywood star Demi Moore, the forty-year-old mother of three children, continues to surprise us with her extraordinary harmony. In one of her interviews Demi has admitted that she eats only crude food.
The actress says that about 75 percent of all the products she eats should be crude. The actress’s menu includes pineapple and orange juices, warm salad with an asparagus and cedar nut-lets, salad with tomatoes and an avocado, mint tea.

The “Friends” could tell much about the diets.
She has started to test them on herself since an early youth. Being the girl with magnificent forms, she was not popular. After one of the castings she has been directly declared “either grow thin, or give up hope to promote in show-business”.
Then it was the first time that Jennifer has thought of what she was eating.
Today the actress says that, Perhaps, it was difficult to find the person with more unhealthy habits in a feed, than she was. She has grown on cheeseburgers and fried potato. She absorbed mayonnaise in extreme quantities.
Then she has considerably undertaken growing thin: she ate almost nothing; otherwise, she starved her organism. Finally she has really strongly grown thin and has received the role in “Friends” which made her super successful.
The actress receives one million dollars for each series. However wearisome hunger-strikes were not slow to affect on health. Then Jennifer has gone on the compromise. She began to eat normally, but thus to supervise rigidly what she exactly was eating.
The last some years the diet of the singer looks as: 40 % - vegetables and fruit, 30 % - dairy products, and 30 % - vegetative fats like an olive oil. Alcohol, caffeine, bread, paste, rice, a potato and all the tinned products are strictly forbidden.
Nevertheless, consequences of the last starvations continue to pursue the actress.
The worste thing is that now, owing to experiments with the weight, Jennifer cannot have children.
