Onions diet
We offer you a favorite diet of French women. And, by the way, it is not groundless. Onions soup is the basic element of this diet, and onions are an excellent fat rendering. Therefore, people lose up to 5 kg a week, keeping to such diet. The diet consists of the products which are not containing fats.
Besides, the greens, which should be used during a diet, also promote splitting of fats. And green vegetables have the so-called negative caloric content that is for their processing the organism spends more energy.
Here is the recipe of the soup:
Take a medium-sized cabbage, 6 average bulbs, tomatoes to taste, 2 green pepper, a bunch of a celery, cut all these ingredients, fill in with cold water and keep up to boiling. You should boil your soup for 10 minutes and then you should cook it on the slow fire until vegetables do not become soft. You may add salt and spices. It is possible to eat soup as much as necessary - the more, the better. And other products entering into this diet are distributed in the following way:
1st day - soup and fruits (any fruits, except bananas). Thus you should remember, that water-melon is not high-calorific, and in grapes are better to be avoided.
2nd day - soup and vegetables. You may eat any fresh, stewed (without oil), and boiled vegetables. It is possible to eat a little of the baked or boiled potato with a small amount of oil.
3rd day - soup, vegetables and fruits. But no potato already is allowed!
4th day - soup, vegetables and fruits. Today 2 bananas and a glass of low-calorie milk are possible.
5th day - soup, boiled beef and tomatoes.
6th day - soup, boiled beef and green sheet vegetables. We shall replace tomatoes with salad, cabbage, cucumbers, green pepper.
7th day - soup, brown rice, fruit juice without sugar, any vegetables which can be added in fig.
If you have lost 5 kg and more, you can repeat onions diet not earlier than in two weeks. When you adhere to this diet, it is categorically impossible to take alcohol, sugar, bread, sweet aerated water. Thus it is necessary to drink pure water and tea.
