Why do we get fat? (Our errors and misunderstandings)


1. You have always thought, that it is necessary to use the same checked up diet to dump some superfluous kilograms.
But actually, the diet can be often changed, not typing thus of excess weight. Not so long ago “growing thin” have been assured, that the secret of harmony consists in the minimal consumption of fats. Today scientists have found out, that the greatest effect from a diet is received by those who consume a plenty of the calories received from fats. So the low-calorie carbohydrate food today is not popular any more. Differently, you will cope with excess weight if will consume boiled and unsalted fowl is much easier, certainly, in the moderate quantities, rather than to starve yourself, eating only vegetables, fruits and other “pastures”.
2. You have always thought, that starvation is useful for health and promotes weight reduction.
Actually, it is not absolutely so. All is good moderately. Certainly, unloading is necessary for our organism, but it is necessary to carry out it correctly, closely listening to your sensations. Otherwise the organism will start to be protected and postpone each gram for emergency, to save, as you save money when they do not suffice. You can easily guess how such “diet” will affect the state of your health. What do you need superfluous stress for? If you really wish to grow thin, cease to swell with famine!
3. You’ve managed to grow thin, but you have failed to keep result. Why is it so?
Low-calorie diet with the moderate consumption of fats together with regular playing sports will give the guaranteed result. And “regular” is a keyword here. It is impossible to relax even for a minute in the struggle against the excess weight. Today you have refused from jogging, tomorrow you were too lazy to descend in fitness-club, and after tomorrow  you’ve “eaten over” the feeling of fault by fast food - and superfluous kilograms will promptly come back to impair a little both your figure, and your mood. The best dietary motto is “Strength of mind and will power”.
4. You have always considered that a wrong feed and an inactive way of life are the main reasons of excess weight.
Actually, a number of other factors can also influence weight.
* The lack of sleep is on the first place. There is a direct interrelation between regular lack of sleep and excess weight. The raised appetite developing at infringements and lack of a sleep is connected with hormonal disbalance and need to compensate shortage of energy due to a feed.  The organism needs 8-9 hours of a high-grade dream to restore forces.
* The chemical compounds which are a part of plastic and pesticides are on the second place. These substances break the normal functioning of the endocrine system adjusting a metabolism that can lead to accumulation of fatty adjournment. We live in a century of plastic, natural materials become a rarity and are more expensive. And fruits and vegetables which we buy to receive vitamins and to get rid of superfluous kilograms, give us the absolutely opposite effect- they poison an organism with poisons which entail adiposity because of failures in endocrine system and kill micro flora of intestines.
* Food colours and stabilizers, smoking, alcohol, stresses are also among the main factors, leading to the excess weight.
