Salads from fast food restaurants Networks of such restaurants aspire to create the image of the restaurants offering healthy alternative to traditional hamburgers and a fried potato. But the salads presented in the menu have the high maintenance of fat and salt. Let’s take, for example, «McDonald’s». In their bacon and a chicken salad a grill cheese, slices of bacon and margarine which caloric content makes 260 kcal, and 1 000 grams of salt contain, that almost in 2 times is more, than quantity of salt, containing in hamburgers. All this may concern the salads, which are on sale in vacuum packing in supermarkets. Moreover, such salads contain preservatives and stabilizers.
Fruit juices Everybody knows about the advantage of the fresh fruits. Fruit juices if only they are not fresh, cannot become healthy alternative to fresh fruit as they contain sugar, flavors and a small amount of the natural fruit juice. What do such juices give us? The answer is easy- such juices bring nothing but superfluous calories.
Dietary cola This drink does not contain neither carbohydrates, nor fat or fibers. The only disadvantage of this drink is sodium in quantity of 30 mg. Dieticians sound alarm as the products with the high maintenance of sodium provoke a high blood pressure. Dietary cola is not included into the group of healthy products. The best drink promoting weight reduction is simple water.
