Daily weighing helps to lose weight
The researches lead by University of state of Minnesota, have proved, that daily weighing can be an effective strategy for weight reduction. During the same term three thousand people from control groups who was weighed daily, have lost on the average 3 kg of weight; those who weighed once a week, - only 1,5 kg; and those who did not weigh at all, have even recovered on the average on 1 kg of excess weight.
Actually, abstracting from a diet and techniques of exercises, it is much easier to bring minor alterations in a level of activity and reception of food of the same day at constant daily weight checking, than to compensate consequences of wrong strategy and change of weight for the period of some days or even some weeks.
According to other researches, daily weighing helps people to understand immediately, that their weight has started to increase. And those, whose weight has spread upwards, can take immediate measures to stop it. It will be much easier done than if to not dare to relax and aggravate process.
Many programs on weight loss recommend nevertheless not daily, but weekly weighing. And it is not senseless. Day time parameters of weight can change depending on many factors - menses cycle, a delay of a liquid in an organism, etc. Weekly weighing gives discrepancy of weights more exact picture and still leaves time for fast correction of undesirable changes.
Most likely, regular weighing is useful for those people who is inclined to lose and type weight quickly, and represents a potential problem for those who is inclined to constant weight and loses the typed kilograms with great difficulties.
