The sauna and eutrophy are effective only on 70 percent without physical activities. Even if you do not have opportunity to go to pool (and it is the best way to hold an organism in a tone) or fitness-club, you should simply walk a lot.
Every day 40 minutes, passed in not walking, but on fast walking, almost running will help you to avoid a lot of problems. Such exercises improve peristalsis; hence, the organism will deduce all harmful substances without any delays.
