Typical fitness fans: four portraits (Part 1)
It is not necessary to convince, that fitness is good for our body. If you are already assured of it, we in vain shall spend scarce the Internet-space. And if you are against of any physical activities we shall start our trip to the sports planet. So we shall get to business at once: what do we actually want from playing sports and how is it better to receive it?
I wish to grow thin!
It is the most frequent reason, motivating women to go to the fitness-club. In translation with female it means: “I wish to be beautiful!”
As a rule, this is ф consequence of a panic: your own reflection in a mirror is not so pleasant, that drastic measures are required. No, certainly, not so radical as plastic operation, but also the medicine, that is a diet, apparently, here is already powerless. And it is frequent in own figure something is not pleasant one: insufficiently flat stomach, heavy hip.
Sometimes uncertainty outweighs, especially if the trainer will get, obviously preferring to work with young girls, instead of with problem figures of timid people. All of you start to search for the reason to miss the training, and the most of us find a really “serious” problem.
What to do:
1. Whenever possible to go to a sport club in the afternoon when there are not so many people there. So you will hesitate less.
2. For the beginning, choose individual training courses, instead of group to not compare you with more advanced sport ladies.
3. Get the annual subscription and count, in how many to you daily 2 hours of training will manage. And passing a campaign in a sports club, recalculate, how many money is vanished. Sooner or later financial “toad” will move indecision.
4. Replace the trainer. Remember it is you, who chooses them, instead of them. You should also tell you personnel instructor, what results you wish to reach. The professional instructor should offer the motivation for not missing the trainings.
