Gymnastics for the face muscles


Nearly seventy muscles give originality to your face. Face muscles, as well as any others, demand regular exercises. The working muscle consumes in 3 times of more nutrients and in 7 times more oxygen, than inactive one.
Exercises promote the activity of blood circulation in fabrics, raise a metabolism, normalize work grease and support elasticity of the skin. Such gymnastics, certainly, is useful for women of any age. It will help to not admit problems with the face in the future.
1. Strain the muscles of the cheeks, detain in this condition, and then weaken them within several seconds. Repeat for several times. Externally cheeks should look distended, thus the pressure of muscles should be felt.
2. Fill a mouth with air and, similarly to a ball, methodically roll it inside of the mouth, massing cheeks and lips from within. Push the air to the right cheek, then to left cheek, under the upper lip, then under the bottom lip.
3. Move the bottom jaw here and there, slowly, staying for some seconds in the extreme point.
4. Do the same movements, but quickly and continuously.
5. Open and close your mouth, like a fish, slowly, staying for some seconds with the open mouth.
6. Extend lips forward, having combined them together, as at an air kiss. Do this movement vigorously.
7. Turn lips inside and compress them together while they will not disappear. Detain each position for some seconds.
8. Open eyes widely and stay so for 3-4 seconds.
9. Push out outside a chin, and then press it inside. Repeat for several times.
11. Strain strongly the muscles of a neck, having made their acting, stay in the intense condition, and then weaken them.
12. Open widely your mouth and say serially all vowel sounds, in any sequence. Sounds should be said loudly, sonorously, precisely and vigorously.
13. Put hands with all palm on both parties of a head and lift and lower the skin for six times. Shift fingers further forward, then back and continue an exercise.
 Such stimulation of face muscles helps to eliminate fatty adjournment on the face and a neck, to lower the puffiness. More often it is required not less than 1-2 months of daily trainings for the achievement of obvious results.
