Growing thin without diets and sport


Millions of people all over the world aspire to dump superfluous kilograms. However, most of them fail to reach the result. Very often the problem consists in the wrong approach to growing thin. The majority of the people, aspiring to lose excess weight, first of all start to starve and then to exhaust them in sports clubs.
Both physical exercises and starvation leads to stress as a result of which the organism starts to develop hydrocortisone, a hormone adequating accumulation of fat in the organism. So in practice all habitual ways of disposal of excess weight appear inefficient.
How to get rid of excess weight?
1. Amuse
As the researches show, many people eat not because they wish to eat. They eat with boredom, loneliness and despair. Try to understand, in what the reason of that you approach to a refrigerator. If it is because of your stress or boniness, try to find any more harmless way of entertainment.
2. Find a worthy pair for you
According to scientific magazine Prevention some people “love eating”. The researchers have demonstrated that lonely people consume much more food, than those, who have normal private life. In such way (by eating) they try to compensate shortage of love in their life. Perhaps, it is better to waste time on fastening acquaintance with somebody, than, to think, what to buy for a supper.
3. Replace a hobby
Many people adore spending evenings in front of the TV, considering it as the hobby. However it is a hobby, connected with eating. If, for example, you would take a habit of going for a walk or riding a bicycle before going to bad, instead of watching soap operas with an aimless feed, the results would positively shown on your figure.
4. Be careful with parties and holidays
The majority of people like to celebrate their success or any other important event in the restaurant or a bar. Next time try to change to the habit and to go to celebrate the achievements, at the cinema, bowling or billiards. In such way you will combine business with pleasure and will not do much harm to the health.
5. Dance
Tiresome trainings in sports clubs are not useful for everyone. And dances have only a positive effect. You spend much more energy at discos and parties than at the sport club. However these institutions are about identical on the advantage for health and efficiency in struggle against excess weight on the advantage for health and efficiency in struggle against excess weight. Scientists have found out that during the evening of active dances you spend as much calories as may spend for 2 hours of active sport exercises. The only difference is that it is necessary to remember that if you are going to struggle with excess weight by means of dance pavilions and discos, you should move, instead of sitting and sipping spirits there.
