How to arrange days of limited intake of food


Celebrating of New Year and Christmas is remembered to us not only by pleasant emotions and interesting gifts, but also, unfortunately, by superfluous centimeters on our figure, owing to eating different tasty food. If similar has happened to you and with your figure it is not necessary to sit on diets, instead of it let’s arrange the days of limited intake of food.
 There are carbohydrate, albuminous, fatty and combined days of limited intake of food. In turn, carbohydrate days can be fruit, vegetable or mixed; albuminous - meat, fish, dairy, cottage cheese or mixed; fatty - with the use of cream, or sour cream.
 Days of limited intake of food are original “shake-up” of an organism, “zigzag” in a feed at which the person loses for a day from 500 grams up to 1kg and more. Considering, that contrast diets are substantially homogeneous, they break the balance of a feed. Therefore they should be applied only one-two times a week and to alternate: meat day, vegetable day, dairy day, etc.
 For efficiency and positive results of days of limited intake of food, on the eve do not supper and clear intestines. Also remember, that during the days of limited intake of food it is necessary to drink in addition 2, 5 liters of mineral water without gas or unsweet tea.
Albuminous days
 1. Cottage cheese day. It is recommended to eat portions of 100 grams of low-fat cottage cheese six times a day. You should also drink on a glass of unsweet tea or water three times a day. 
 2. Fish day. Take 400 grams of boiled low-fat fish: a cod, the perch, a pike, and pike perch. Divide a fish into six receptions. In addition it is possible to drink two glasses of coffee or tea with the milk and water.
 3. Meat day. Boil without salt 400 grams of low-fat meat. Then, divide the meat into four portions. After each food receipt it is possible to drink a glass of tea without sugar.
