3. Is it necessary to reduce either the consumption of calories or the consumption fats for growing thin?
The answer is that it is necessary to reduce the consumption both of fats and calories for achieving the best results. In fact it is much easier to reduce a quantity of consumed calories when you are refusing from very fat food.
4. Are “empty” and “invisible” calories the same?
The answer is no, “empty” calories are contained in the food which is not having nutritional value. For example, 112 calories can be consumed from the glass of fresh orange juice besides it has kalium and day time norm of vitamin C. The same glass of orange aerated water contains 120 calories, but aerated water has absolutely no nutrients, so, these 120 calories are “empty”. “Invisible” calories are represented in any food. For example, if you have added oil into a vegetable ragout, the “invisible” calories will appear. They are especially important, if you prefer to eat outside of the house where you cannot supervise the process of cooking. The only way out is to have at home.
5. Whether it is possible to grow thin, adhering to a low-calorie diet?
Theoretically, it is possible. Having chosen dietary cola instead of usual one, you will manage to avoid 160 calories. However, dieticians testify, that the people preferring skim products and sugar-substitutes, usually overeat as they practically do not healthy eat nutritious food. Therefore if you wish to grow thin, it is necessary to combine a low-calorie diet with regular physical exercises, to accept polyvitamins, to eat more fruits, vegetables and meat.
6. Is there a difference between breakfast and late supper?
Actually, it is not so. It really doesn’t matter whether you will eat a dense breakfast or a supper if you receive about identical quantity of calories. However, many people simply ignore a breakfast, and then gorge on for the night, thus, for a supper, the most part of the calories received for day, is necessary. But greater portions and fat food (eaten at any time) will turn into to superfluous kilograms. Try to distribute calories between all receptions of food and you will not overeat in the evening. Eat less, but more often.
