Spring diets


Diet for “owls”
Cautions:
if all the basic events of your life occur in the evening and the advice “not to eat after 6 p.m.” you perceive as a jeer, this diet is for you. it is possible to follow it as much as necessary until you obtain desirable results. The main thing is that you should not forget that you try to do this for yourself, therefore supervise the size of evening portions.
Diet: during a diet farinaceous dishes (except for whole-grains) are forbidden. You should also “forget about” sweet, strong alcohol, fat meat and cheeses, every possible sausage and other “harmful” products.
Breakfast: tea or coffee without sugar and cream/milk, fresh fruits or berries (200 grams), except for bananas.
Dinner: 200-250 grams of cottage cheese up to 5 % of fat content.
Supper: any salad or cold snack without fat and the forbidden products. You may also eat meat, fish, hen or seafood without oil with a vegetable garnish. After a supper - any desserts, even fruits. Sometimes it is possible to afford 1-2 glasses of dry wine or dry champagne. If it would be desirable - you may eat some macaroni, only from flour of a rough grinding and with vegetable sauce. Sushi - occasionally, as an exception and a small portion. If in the afternoon you feel famine and you want to eat it would be desirable to eat something light, for example, it is possible to add one portion of fruits between a breakfast and a dinner, or between a dinner and a supper.
Result: 1-2 kg per week.

No carbohydrates!
Cautions:
low-carbohydrate diet is calculated for a week. It is not necessary to keep it longer because of scarcity of a diet. This diet will help those who wish to get rid of excess weight quickly, without starving.
Diet:
1st breakfast: boiled fish (80 grams), grated carrots (100 grams).
2nd breakfast: a piece of boiled meat or the hen (80 grams), a cucumber.
Dinner: boiled meat, the hen or a fish (200 grams), salad from vegetables (cabbage, carrots), tea without sugar.
Mid-morning snack: salad from cucumbers and tomatoes (100 grams).
Supper: boiled hen (150 grams), vegetable allsorts crude, boiled or stewed (200 grams), tea without sugar.
Before a dream: a cucumber or a tomato without salt. Water can be drunk in unlimited quantities.
Result: 4-5 kg per week.
