How to avoid overeating in the evening
If you want to struggle successfully with excess weight, it is necessary to eat at least for two, and it is better, three hours before you go to bed. But what should you do, if you feel easy famine or irritation? It means that your “clever” organism has burned all the fats that you have received during the day.
But what to do, if late at night you start to feel the strong feeling of famine? What to do in this case: to lie down more quickly to sleep or to eat, and then to not to fall asleep for some hours? Actually, the argument, that, firstly, you will eat something and then you will not go to sleep, is absolutely useless. It is no matter whether you go to sleep at ten one o’clock in the evening or at one o’clock in the morning - it means nothing as it is necessary to eat not later than at eight o’clock in the evening. Your internal clocks will not deceive you and after eight o’clock in the evening the metabolism is inevitably and sharply slowed down, the organism simply ceases to acquire energy and start keeping it, certainly, in the form of fats.
Therefore, if late at night the feeling of famine nevertheless has arisen, it is necessary to eat something- it is impossible to suffer painful famine. But the food should be light and low-calorie - a glass of the skim cottage cheese, a small banana, a glass of kefir. It is quite enough it to muffle sharp famine, but it will not lead to excess weight.
Start to eat two hours before you go to bed. And after several period of time- when it will become easy for you- try to increase gradually this interval. Probably, only that you have ceased to eat late at night, you will not dump your weight so, how much you would like, other changes in a diet and physical activity are also required. But, as a rule, practically everyone who successfully struggles with this habit marks some loss of weight.
