How to arrange days of limited intake of food
Carbohydrate days
Fruit day
1. During the day eat 1,5 kg of various fruits (oranges, tangerines, apples), except for bananas, per day.
2. Within day eat one and a half kg of oranges or apples (crude or baked), having divided this quantity into 6 receptions.
3. Compote day. On 1,5 liter of water: take 1,5 kg of fresh apples or 25 grams of dried fruits, 100 grams of sugar. Weld compote; divide it into 5-6 receptions.
Vegetable day
1. Within the day eat one and a half kg of cucumbers, cabbage or tomatoes divided in six portions.
2. Potato day. Two kgs of a boiled potato divide into six receptions. In addition it is possible to drink two glasses of kefir.
3. Take 1,5 kg of fresh vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, vegetable marrows, a pumpkin, greens of a parsley and fennel. Make a salad from vegetables without the salt and eat it 5-6 times a day, adding on a portion 5-20 grams of sour creams or 5 grams (a teaspoon) of vegetable oil.
4. Rice day. Take 150 grams of rice and weld it without the salt, divide into 3 portions. For a breakfast and for dinner it is possible for to grate a small apple to rice, you may also add a small pod of sweet pepper or a carrot for supper.
Fatty days
If you do not have diseases of bodies of digestion (cholecystitis, gastritis, hepatitis) it is possible to apply fatty days.
1. Day of a feeding with cream. Within the day drink 600 ml of cream of the equal portions every three hours. In addition it is allowed to drink coffee or strong tea without the sugar.
2. The sour cream day. Five times a day eat 100 grams of sour creams and within day drink 2 glasses of coffee with milk (50 ml) without sugar.
3. Kefir day. Divide 5 glasses of kefir into 5 receptions.
4. Dairy day. Divide 5 glasses of milk divide into 5 receptions.
5. Juicy day. Take a liter of fruit juice and divide it into 4-6 portions and drink it at regular intervals within the day. Prepare juices from fresh natural fruits or berries. It is impossible to use the tinned juices.
