Entering into the conflict with enzyme, which neutralizes the system of the organism, artificial dyes and food additives can become the reason of occurrence of cellulites at people with the raised sensitivity. Now it became known, that artificial dyes cause hyperactivity at children. At adults these changes can be less appreciable (for example, congestion of a liquid).
Similar artificial substances can be easily found in many modern food stuffs: the semi finished items ready to the use, the tinned and soluble products, pies, puddings, pastes, sausage products and smoked products - the list is endless.
The best way to avoid consumption of artificial food substances or, at least, to reduce it is very simple - to cook food from fresh products: salad with fresh vegetables or even baked beans with the roasted bread.
Do not think that your diet should be modest or monotonous.
Try to use your imagination- grasses, spices, seasonings - and you will create dishes, which are not worse at all if not better, and, certainly, it is healthier than those, from the shelves of supermarkets. Vegetables, fruits and milk - is a basis of your diet and they do not contain food additives.
Step 2: Refuse from the artificial sugar substitutes
Artificial substitutes of sugar operate as chemical food additives: they overload neutralized system of an organism and lead to a congestion of a liquid. Artificial sugar substitutes can also stimulate production of insulin that promotes a congestion of a liquid and excess weight.
Don’t use products on which packing it is written “sugar free”, dietary and low-calorie drinks as they almost for certain contain artificial substitutes of sugar.
