Twenty-day diet


Today we offer you a wonderful spring diet! Due to this diet it is possible to get rid of 5 kilograms without special efforts in a week. This diet will not exhaust your organism and the shortage of sweet is compensated by honey. 
According to the diet it is strictly forbidden to drink wine, beer, lemonade, to eat sugar, sweets, cookies, wheat bread, potato, pasta.
1 - 2 Hungry days.
During the all day drink 1-2 liters of milk or the kefir, one glass of tomato juice, 2 pieces of black bread.
3 - 4 Albuminous days.
8-9 a.m.: coffee with milk, half of teaspoon of butter with a slice of black bread, half of teaspoon of honey.
12-13 p.m.: one glass of a broth (meat or fish), 100 grams of boiled meat or fish, one piece of black bread.
16-17 p.m.: one glass of milk or tea with half of teaspoon of honey.
19 p.m.: 100 grams of boiled meat or 2 eggs with 50grams of cheese and one glass of kefir.
5 - 6 Vegetable days.
8-9 a.m.: 2 apples or 2 oranges.
12 p.m.: vegetable soup and vegetable salad.
16-17 p.m.: 2 apples or 2 oranges.
19 p.m.: vegetable salad from cabbage, beets and carrots, 1 piece of black bread, 1 glass of tea with half of teaspoon of honey.
Try to follow this diet for 20 days and try to take 1 polyvitamins a day.
The loss of weight will make approximately 12-15 kilograms. After a diet it is possible to eat everything, but observing moderation. It is necessary to eat cottage cheese and you may repeat a diet in a month.
