Loss of weight or loss of fat?

Really, the researchers have found out, that for the first 6 weeks group A has dumped more weights (about 4 kg), than B (about 3,3 kg). However the first group has lost more than “dry weightâ€?, mainly skeletal muscles (1,3 kg), than the second group, which has lost about 0,2 kilograms. At the same time the weight of fats has decreased for 3,7 kg in group B and only for 2,9 kilograms in group A.
When after the second stage these groups have changed over, i.e. group A ate, as group B and on the contrary, the results have changed. During the following 6 weeks the first group has lost about 2,6 kg of fats from the lost weight. Both groups have dumped greater weight during the first 6 weeks. A lot of people from own experience know, that in the beginning of a diet it is much easier to grow thin. Also at this time more fats are burnt.
So, what is the most important in the diet? If you wish to grow thin, eat mainly in the morning and behind lunch, but you can forget about muscles. Well, and if you wish to save up muscles and to get rid of fats, and is better to eat in the afternoon and in the evening. Also forget about fairy tales, that fat is postponed only after the supper.
But, it is not so easy. When you choose the second variant of a feed you will not reach beautiful results if you will not change a mode within the next 6 weeks. The best variant is to use the majority of calories during the breakfast and lunch. Then you will continue to scorch many fats, and to increase “dry weight�.
If you search for an ideal way to get rid of fat and to save up muscles at the same time, it would be necessary to try to eat 6 weeks mainly in the afternoon and in the evening, and then 6 more weeks- in the first half of day.
Nevertheless, this research has a little cleared influence of a diet on change of weight. If you will limit quantity of calories and will actively train, you will grow thin -due to what fats or muscles, it, certainly, depends on a diet.
