How to choose diet? (Part 1)
Today there are a lot of diets, promising effective weight loss. How to choose a diet which would really lead to improvement of a figure and would not do much harm to health?Â
First of all, it is necessary to tell that it is citategorically forbiden to choose independently diet to people, suffering adiposity, especially if this disease is complicated by such illnesses, as a diabetes, a hypertension, ischemic illness of heart. Only the doctor-dietician (on the basis of preliminary analyses) can make such food allowance at which the weight would decrease, not worsening a state of health of the patient. If the superfluous weight of a body has not passed in a stage of illness, a practically healthy woman can resort to the help of popular diets.
What should a choice of diet be guided at?
Selecting a diet, remember: the diet should consist basically of products, traditional for your people. In fact, it is possible to say that your organism is genetically accustomed to other exotic products. Certainly, it is not absolutely necessary to refuse exotic, but they should be on supporting parts in a diet. Include such feed with care - sometimes it happens so that “exotic” food causes or provokes food allergy. But the most important is to study closely the diet and to think, whether you can observe it for a long time.
And how long?
In fact the word “diet” in translation from Greek language means “a way of life”. For choosing a correct diet you should have even the general representation about of what the foodstuff consist, what substances in them are necessary for you, and which ones - are harmful.Â
It turns out, that monodiets - when all products, except for one are excluded from the diet- cant be observed. In fact will you eat juices or porridges for all your life?
The monodiet is usually offered to be adhered for 1 - 2 weeks, not longer. If the woman maintains such term, she, certainly, strongly grows thin! But when the person stops to keep to a diet, - as this, and any another, - and passes to the former way of life dumped kilograms are come back by all means. Therefore short-term diets are inefficient, if the woman wishes to lower weight stably.
The monodiet can be spent only as addition to the basic diet and only within one day. Dieticians name such zigzags in a feed by contrast days of limited intake of food. Such diet is good after an error in a feed - for example, after a celebratory feast, - or “to clean” an organism. Today there are about 20 monodiets - fruit, vegetable, kefiric, cottage cheese, rice, fish and even meat diets are among them.
