•    fish, especially fat grades (a humpback salmon, the sturgeon, a mackerel);
•    chicken breast;
•    skim dairy products;
•    eggs;
•    grain bread, bran, brown rice, corn flakes;
•    macaroni of firm grades;
•    bean;
•    fennel, onions, garlic;
•    zinziber, cinnamon, carnation, paprika;
•    mineral water without gas, freshes;
•    olive oil;
•    apple vinegar.
